TOPIC : lack of interaction and lack of concentration among students. Introduction   Action research is a disciplined process of inquiry conducted by and for those taking the action. Educational action research can be engaged in by a single teacher, by a group of colleagues who share an interest in a common problem,or by the entire faculty of the school.     During 4 months induction I understood that students are not interacting well, they have not a good concentration power. This affected after covid 19 pandemic period, students were not aware of learning, they don't concentrate on teachers.
